Job Description:
Metron Land Surveyors is looking for a detail-oriented Land Survey Technologist to join our Toronto team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with field surveys, processing survey data, and preparing plans for various land development projects. Working closely with our surveyors and AutoCAD technologists, you will contribute to accurate data collection, mapping, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting field surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys.
Collect and process data from GPS, total stations, and other survey equipment.
Support the preparation of detailed survey plans and reports.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Survey Technology, Geomatics, or a related field.
Proficiency with survey equipment and software; AutoCAD experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both in the field and in the office.
